Too busy to make it to Biscuits & Bath yourself? We‘ll transport your pooch for you. We provide transportation services seven days per week throughout much of Manhattan. Ask us about our wonderful cost saving packages!
 Service Areas
Biscuits & Bath offers transportation services to or from our Doggy Gyms between Houston Street and 96th Street on the East Side and Canal Street and 110th Street on the West Side, River to River. If you use our transportation services, your dog will be taken to the nearest Doggy Gym as follows: Upper East Side 59th St. - 96th St. between East River and 5th Ave. Upper West Side 59th St. - 72nd St. between CPW and Amsterdam 72nd St. - 110th St. between CPW and Hudson River Riverside Boulevard 59th St. - 72nd St. between Amsterdam and Hudson River Murray Hill 23rd St. - 58th St. between East River and Hudson River Greenwich Village Houston St. to 22nd St. between East River and Hudson River Tribeca Houston St. to the southern tip of Manhattan between East River and Hudson River Please note that as a customer you are welcome to use any Doggy Gym that you prefer. However, if we transport your dog we will follow the schedule above. Please call our Customer Care team with any questions. Transportation Times As transportation is a difficult service to provide and many things are out of our control (e.g. traffic) we will do our best to manage those things within our control. For standard transportation we require a one-hour window around the scheduled time of pick-up or drop-off. For example, if you request a 10am pick-up, Biscuits & Bath will arrive between 9:30am and 10:30am. We reserve the right at any time to increase the window around your desired time. Please note that our transportation packages require a two-hour window. Our available transportation times are as follows: Monday - Friday First Pickup 7:30am (7am to 8am window) Last Drop Off 8:30pm (8pm to 9pm window) Saturday - Sunday First Pickup 9:30am (9am to 10am window) Last Drop Off 6:30pm (6pm to 7pm window) Building Access You must ensure that we can gain access to your apartment in your absence if we are to pick-up or drop-off your dog. If you leave keys with your doorman, please authorize Biscuits & Bath to use them. If you prefer, or if you do not have a doorman, you may also provide us with two sets of labeled keys that will be kept secured in a box at Biscuits & Bath. Keys will be used solely for pick-ups and drop-offs, dog walking, or other services requested by you. If we have to make duplicate copies of your keys for any reason you will incur a fee. Special Instructions If you have any special instructions for Biscuits & Bath related to pick-ups or drop-offs (i.e. put my dog in a crate, turn on the heat/air conditioning, turn on the television, etc.), please let us know when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate special requests although cannot guarantee doing so.
