At Biscuits & Bath we strive to provide the best possible experience for your dog in order to ensure his or her happiness. We strongly believe in health, wellness and prevention when it comes to your dog. To that end, all of our care is under the supervision of our full-time licensed veterinarian. Our philosophy is to combine a variety of wellness activities including:
Requirements for Using Our Services In order to utilize our services, every customer must complete a customer and dog profile, read our Customer Handbook and agree to be bound by all of its terms, rules, and conditions, and read and sign our waiver. In addition, each dog must remain current with all vaccinations, be friendly with other dogs and people, and wear an identification tag at all times. We require these things of all the dogs in our care so that we can provide them with the best experience possible and you can know that we are doing all that we can to ensure the health and safety of your dog in the context of our cage-less and off-leash environment. For more information or questions regarding our requirements, please consult our Customer Handbook or give us a call. Please note that you must adhere to these requirements in order to use our services. Sick Dogs All dogs using our services must be healthy as we care for a large number of animals. We will not admit any dog that we believe, at our sole discretion, to be a risk to the other animals in our care. It is your responsibility as a parent to notify us of any health related issues affecting your dog so that we can make an informed determination about how to best care for your dog. Customers that do not inform us in a timely manner of any health issues, knowingly bring their dog to us while he or she is sick, or do not make all efforts possible to remove their dog from our facility once determined to be a risk by us will be subject to a surcharge of $500. In addition, at our discretion, those customers may not be allowed to use our services again and in that case will forfeit any unused portion of their membership without a refund. Holidays While we are open 365 days per year to care for your dog, please note that Biscuits & Bath observes the following bank holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve DayIn order to remain open to care for your dogs on these holidays when banks, government agencies and most companies are closed, a charge of $20 per dog exists for each holiday, irrespective of which service you use. Rest assured that while you are relaxing on the beach or hitting the ski slopes, we are hard at work loving your dog. In addition, we have extended holiday periods, during which a $10 per day charge is in effect.
