Meet Our Manager
Jason grew up in a family that loved dogs, having five to six dogs at all times throughout his childhood. His immediate family currently has nine dogs including Daisey Petals, his Jack Russell/Sheltie mix who lives with him on the Upper East Side. Jason has worked in the high end specialty retail arena in management for the past 10 years. Now Jason is combining his love of customer service with his passion for animals and always enjoys spending time with people who love their dogs as much as he does. Jason looks forward to developing relationships with all of the dog lovers on the Upper East Side.

Manager: Cynthia Lopez

Meet Our Manager
Cynthia comes to Biscuits & Bath with a varied professional background. She worked at a leading Wall Street investment bank for eight years, at a boutique fashion production company for a year, and then in retail management for the past four years. Cynthia holds a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Queens College. Her love of dogs started when she was 15 years old and her family welcomed home Tommy, a toy Yorkshire Terrier. Spanky, a stray terrier mix soon joined the family followed by Julia, a white Miniature Poodle. Years later, Cynthia is still running the Lopez home on Long Island! As Manager, Cynthia will work to combine her customer service background with her underlying love for dogs. She looks forward to fostering lasting relationshops with all of the parents on the Upper West Side.

Meet Our Manager
Anthony Avalo came to Biscuits & Bath four years ago from a background in retail management. He started with Biscuits & Bath as a Front Desk supervisor helping to open our Greenwich Village location where he had an enormous impact in its success. Anthony was then promoted to Assistant Manager at our Upper West Side location when it opened in May 2006 where he again greatly contributed to the success of another new location. Anthony is now managing our new Riverside Boulevard location. With his proven commitment to hard work and success, and love of dogs, Anthony is popluar with clients and dogs alike. Anthony is the proud parent of a black and tan miniature pinscher named Rocky Balboa.

Eshia Allen grew up around dogs as her father trained dogs for security forces overseas. That love and dedication to animals is with Eshia to this day. Eshia is a proud mommy of five rescue dogs and has a wealth of experience with diverse behaviors, challenging medical needs and different temperaments. With an Associate's degree from Berkeley and with a strong background in management and customer service, we are very fortunate to have Eshia as a member of our team.

John Sisto is embarking on a second career at Biscuits & Bath after spending more than 20 years as a strategy and operations consultant. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago, John has worked with the world's top global companies to provide increased levels of customer value through new service and product business models. A passionate dog lover, John is the proud daddy of a Chihuahua named Mouse who is as excited about Biscuits & Bath as John. As a frequent user of the Washington Square and Union Square dog runs and an active member of the NYC metro Chihuahua meetup group, John is delighted to be working at Biscuits & Bath and looks forward to building strong relationships with all the dogs who come to Biscuits & Bath.
