Manager: Tricia Carney Meet Our Manager Fred grew up in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Pennsylvania area and worked for his family business. Fred has been in retail management for the past 22 years. He worked his way up in Wal-Mart and Sams Club, becoming a Director of Operations in charge of $1.2 billion in revenue. Fred was then recruited by Best Buy to run their flag ship store on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. In the past four years, Fred has won seventeen community service awards, including from Mayor Bloomberg's office. He is a Star Wars and Sci-Fi geek who loves gaming, Japenese culture, eastern philosophy, and all food. Fred comes from a long line of dog and cat lovers and currently has a six year old Jack Russell named Max who is his best friend. Manager: Keshav Joshi Meet Our Manager Cynthia comes to Biscuits & Bath with a varied professional background. She worked at a leading Wall Street investment bank for eight years, at a boutique fashion production company for a year, and then in retail management for the past four years. Cynthia holds a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Queens College. Her love of dogs started when she was 15 years old and her family welcomed home Tommy, a toy Yorkshire Terrier. Spanky, a stray terrier mix soon joined the family followed by Julia, a white Miniature Poodle. Years later, Cynthia is still running the Lopez home on Long Island! As Manager, Cynthia works to combine her customer service background with her underlying love for dogs. Manager: Sam Gomez Meet Our Manager Jillian comes to Biscuits & Bath with a diverse background of experiences. She grew up with a variety of animals including horses, cows, chickens and of course her two beloved Chow Chows, Rocky and Roxie. Jillian has loved animals her entire life as a result. Professionally, Jillian worked as a crisis counselor in a group home setting before moving to New York. She then managed a very high volume retail store in New York where she learned how to deliver excellent customer service. Jillian is the proud parent of a Shih Tzu named FuFu and is very committed to improving the quality of life for all of the dogs in her care and their parents.  Murray Hill(212) 419-2500 701 Second Avenue (@ 38th St) New York, NY 10016 Manager: Ayana Verdi Meet Our Manager Ayana started her love affair with dogs at a very young age, helping her family operate a stray dog rescue out of her home in Brooklyn. She has been working professionally with dogs for over 10 years. Her experience with dogs is very diverse: working with a neighborhood dog rescue, interning at the Animal Medical Center assiting during surgeries, starting her own dog walking service, and lastly co-founding and managing a dog daycare/spa in Staten Island. She comes to Biscuits & Bath with a wealth of knowledge of and compassion for animals. Ayana is confident that her experiences and the skills that she has learned will allow her to make Biscuits & Bath Murray Hill your dog's home away from home. Manager: Jillian Weiss Meet Our Manager John Sisto is embarking on a second career at Biscuits & Bath after spending more than 20 years as a strategy and operations consultant. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago, John has worked with the world's top global companies to provide increased levels of customer value through new service and product business models. A passionate dog lover, John is the proud daddy of a Chihuahua named Mouse who is as excited to come to Biscuits & Bath every day as John. As a frequent user of the Washington Square and Union Square dog runs, and an active member of the NYC metro Chihuahua meetup group, John is delighted to be working at Biscuits & Bath where he thrives on cultivating meaningful needs-based relationships with all the dogs who come to the Greenwich Village location.  Tribeca(212) 419-2500 102 Franklin Street (@ Church St) New York, NY 10013 Manager: Jon Simons Meet Our Manager Jon grew up in the United Kingdom and was always surrounded by dogs. After studying at the London School of Economics, he worked in finance in London for eight years as a consultant before moving to New York City. Prior to joining Biscuits & Bath, Jon was a volunteer at Animal Care & Control and worked as a dog runner in downtown Manhattan. As a dog lover with a strong business background, Jon thrives on building our newest location by getting to know all of the dogs in the downtown neighborhood.
