Manager: Sean Marsee Meet Our Manager John is the founder and visionary behind the Biscuits & Bath franchise. He started the business in 1990 as a small dog walking business and has now created the largest animal care organization in New York City. He has also pioneered the concept of total wellness for dogs, a novel concept in an industry that has largely remained unchanged for decades. Additionally, he is recognized as a pioneer in a new concept in rescuing dogs that has saved thousands of lives and promises to continue to change the industry over time. He brings an unparalled level of compassion for animals and care for clients that is seen on a daily basis with each personal interaction. The clients of the Upper East Side are very fortunate to have John's passion and leadership caring for them and their beloved dogs.  Upper West Side(212) 419-2500 469 Columbus Ave. (@ 82nd St) New York, NY 10024 Manager: Cynthia Lopez Meet Our Manager Cynthia comes to Biscuits & Bath with a varied professional background. She worked at a leading Wall Street investment bank for eight years, at a boutique fashion production company for a year, and then in retail management for the past four years. Cynthia holds a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Queens College. Her love of dogs started when she was 15 years old and her family welcomed home Tommy, a toy Yorkshire Terrier. Spanky, a stray terrier mix soon joined the family followed by Julia, a white Miniature Poodle. Last year, Layla, a Silky/Yorkie mix was added to her family. As Manager, Cynthia works to combine her customer service background with her love for dogs. She enjoys fostering lasting relationships with all of the dogs and parents on the Upper West Side. Cynthia and her husband Ruben recently welcomed son Jaeden to the world and send a big thank you to all the clients for their well wishes. Manager: Jennifer Diaz Meet Our Manager Sam was born and raised in New York City and has loved animals his entire life. Sam's first pet was a parakeet, who was a gift from his uncle, and he has since had a Chow-Chow,a Pointer mix which he rescued, and a Basset Hound. Sam has degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Queens College. Prior to Biscuits & Bath, Sam managed a wholesale/retail home improvement showroom, and also served as the District Manager for a 12 store apparel retail chain located throughout the tri-state area. Sam has a passion for fine arts, especially a love for classical art, baroque music, and opera, and most importantly, a love for all of the dogs at Riverside Boulevard. Manager: Leslie Terrero Meet Our Manager Matt grew up on five acres in rural Ohio where his parents would give a home to just about any stray that came along and needed a place to live. At it’s peak, the family menagerie included four dogs, six cats, two pigeons and three hamsters! Matt served in the U.S. Navy for more than ten years, serving in the Pacific Fleet, European Theater, and the Air Training Command before leaving the service to begin a career in business management. After a successful run as a manager at a major apparel company in Chicago, Matt was moved to the New York area to develop new retail markets. Biscuits & Bath has now enabled Matt to combine his lifelong love of animals with his expertise in client relations and he is enthusiastically committed to providing the best possible lifestyle for his “doggy family” in Murray Hill and their parents. Matt and his wife of five years, Paola live in Jersey City with their cockatiel Nibbles and plan to add a puppy to the family mix soon. Manager: Keilani Yard Meet Our Manager Rachel comes to us with fourteen years of Store Management experience in fast paced, intensive customer service environments. Growing up as part of a miltary family that moved frequently, her animals were among her best friends. Rachel grew up with two cats (Merry and Dusty), a Parakeet named Charlie, and Ginger her Miniature Dachshund. Rachel currently lives with her six year-old Pug, Scout. Rachel is so excited to have found Biscuits & Bath and feels at home where she can combine her management skills with her love of animals. Rachel is committed to the health and happiness of all of the dogs under her care, as well as her clients and staff. Manager: Helen Irizarry Meet Our Manager Candi grew up in Southern New Jersey but moved to Florida after High School where she attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University to obtain a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. After graduating from college she was commissioned into the Air Force and trained to be a pilot! When she left the Air Force she moved back to New Jersey where she began a career in real estate and sales. She moved to New York City to be the Director of Marketing for a luxury home development, but soon found her way to Biscuits & Bath because of her passion for dogs. Candi grew up with a Golden Retreiver named Beau and a Yellow Labrador named Chopsley. She now has two dogs, Yuengling and Bully (both Sheppard mixes) that you may get to meet since she regularly brings them in to day care! Additional Locations Biscuits & Bath needs your help!
